You may not have expected a response with a price tag. I ask you to consider a couple of things: 1) this is how I make my living and where I apply my expertise; 2) whether your disinclination to pay Black women for their labor requires further examination.
I am accepting up to 3 additional contracts and significant speaking engagements in 2025. For future planning, I prioritize anti-racist projects within Oregon and the Pacific Northwest and my schedule for the following year generally fills by October/November.

Hourly Consulting - No Deliverables $150/hr
You'd like to talk about a specific idea, initiative, or project and will not be expecting any reports, documents, or design work.

You'd like a 1-hour meeting to talk about a specific project so that I can provide an estimate for the full project.

You'd like to book me to speak to your audience on a particular topic, or the topic of my choosing. You're aware that I will always have a component on white supremacy, anti-racism, and/or an orientation to justice.

I am available for Hourly Consulting with no deliverables. This is a great option if you want to talk shop, work through a stuck place in your own project, or get some feedback on a potential initiative for your organization. You’ll send me a comprehensive overview in advance so we can prioritize our time together.
