You may not have expected a response with a price tag. I ask you to consider a couple of things: 1) this is how I make my living and where I apply my expertise; 2) whether your disinclination to pay Black women for their labor requires further examination.
I have already accepted the max number of comprehensive collaborative projects I will accept in 2024. For future planning, I prioritize anti-racist projects within Oregon and the Pacific Northwest and my schedule for the following year generally fills by October/November.

Your organization wants to implement the Anti-Racist Toolkit for Farmers Markets. Rates for this depend on a number of factors including number of organizational participants, number of projected outcomes, and size of market. These can be bid hourly or by project rate, depending on goals.
